Job description

Overview

We are seeking a designer to join an internal creative team and help shape brand communication across a variety of channels. This opportunity suits a flexible creative professional who can handle both detailed print work and engaging motion or short-form video assets. The environment is fast-moving and marketing-led, with several priorities running at once and a strong focus on polished, effective output.

Role Responsibilities

  • Create visually strong marketing assets for print, digital, social media, email, video, and presentation use.
  • Work closely with creative leaders, marketers, writers, and project managers to turn business goals into effective design solutions.
  • Develop ideas from early concept to final delivery, ensuring quality at every stage.
  • Juggle multiple assignments at once while meeting deadlines in a high-volume creative setting.
  • Protect brand consistency and help refine visual standards across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Build production-ready artwork and support output and final production activities when needed.
  • Keep up with current design trends, culture, technology, and new creative approaches.
  • Use newer creative tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve efficiency and support ideation.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience working as a designer, either within an in-house marketing team or at an agency.
  • A portfolio that shows strong contemporary design capability across editorial layouts, print, static and animated paid media, and integrated campaigns.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and project coordination tools such as Asana.
  • Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to manage several deadlines and priorities at once.
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a closely related discipline.
