Graphic Designer – Print Media

Role overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer focused on print media for an on-site, full-time position in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The ideal professional will have solid experience creating artwork that is ready for print production and will be comfortable handling written and spoken English, since the work may involve direct communication with international clients. This role follows a night-shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM, so candidates must be available for that working window.

Experience required

The preferred background is 2 to 5 years in print design, ideally within the print industry.

Key responsibilities

• Create production-ready artwork for business cards, brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, signage, large-format materials, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
• Prepare files correctly for printing, including bleed, margins, resolution, and color specifications.
• Review client briefs and convert them into polished, professional design outputs.
• Communicate with clients when needed to confirm requirements and resolve design details.
• Revise artwork based on client inputs and feedback.
• Ensure all designs remain aligned with established brand guidelines.
• Work with internal stakeholders to deliver projects within deadlines.

Skills and qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in print media design.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Practical understanding of CMYK and RGB color systems.
• Knowledge of bleed, trim, and related print setup requirements.
• Awareness of DPI, resolution, and print production standards.
• Working knowledge of the print production workflow.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong visual design sensibility.

Preferred background

• Exposure to international print clients is an advantage.
• Familiarity with web-to-print systems is helpful.
• Experience preparing bulk artwork sets is a plus.
• Basic understanding of prepress activities is preferred.

Work schedule

This position follows Monday to Friday working days, with night hours from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
