About the role

Hartmann Packaging A/S is looking for a Graphic Designer / Prepress specialist for its creative and prepress team in Eschborn. The position is fixed term for 1 year, full-time, and can start as soon as possible. The role sits at the intersection of visual design, technical preparation, and production, with a strong focus on making artwork production-ready, accurate, and practical for large-scale packaging use.

Your responsibilities

• Create and adapt packaging visuals, labels, and marketing assets.
• Prepare artwork through final artwork cleanup and print-ready production setup.
• Ensure all work follows corporate identity rules and prepress standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external stakeholders as needed.
• Work according to defined workflows, process requirements, and quality guidelines.

Your profile

You should have training or a degree in media design, graphic design, or a similar field. Initial experience in design or prepress is helpful but not mandatory. Strong hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is required. Interest in technical print and production processes is important, along with very good German and good English skills. The ideal candidate works in a structured, careful, and dependable way.
