Key Responsibilities

- Actively maintain and enhance our corporate design to ensure a cohesive, contemporary appearance across all communication channels.
- Engage in varied projects ranging from marketing campaigns to promotional materials, ensuring no monotony in your daily tasks.
- Work closely within our in-house team to realize projects from initial concept through to the photoshoot stage.
Qualifications and Skills
- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally including both digital and print projects.
- Completed training or degree in communication design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong design sensibility with an eye for typography, color, and visual language; confident in presenting and advocating ideas within a team setting.
- Good understanding of current web trends and e-commerce demands.
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud tools, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Experience in working with AI tools and chatbots, utilizing them as creative collaborators in day-to-day tasks.
- Basic photographic skills or initial experience with product photography is a bonus.
What We Offer
- Real work-life balance with fixed working hours and reliable finishing times, avoiding ongoing stress.
- Flexibility through two days of home-office weekly as an integral part of our working culture.
- Creative freedom to actively shape the brand's visual identity with short decision-making processes and a motivated team.
- A supportive work environment highlighted by very low staff turnover because people enjoy working here.
