About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Graphic Designer to spearhead packaging design and craft the visual identity for our food, health, and consumer product lines. This position involves shaping packaging approaches, driving innovative design solutions, and delivering exceptional packaging that enhances brand visibility and engages consumers effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set packaging design strategies and define visual guidelines for the food, health, and consumer product categories to maintain brand consistency.
  • Perform market research and analyze consumer insights to identify design trends, preferences, and opportunities for packaging innovation.
  • Oversee the full packaging design lifecycle including creating new product packaging, enhancing existing packaging, and designing creative gift sets.
  • Develop compelling design concepts by evaluating product positioning, key benefits, and consumer usage contexts.
  • Manage comprehensive packaging design elements such as structural design, visual identity, color schemes, packaging formats, specifications, barcode placement, and material choices.
  • Ensure quality control through continuous review and refinement during design development to meet brand and production standards.

Key Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills at native level.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in packaging design.
  • Proficient with professional design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and familiar with other creative tools.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative technology (AIGC) to support and enhance design innovation and workflow efficiency.
  • Solid understanding of packaging market trends and consumer tastes with a keen interest in emerging design directions.
  • Strong creative judgment, strategic thinking, and enthusiasm for developing innovative packaging designs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams such as marketing, product development, and manufacturing.
  • Global design mindset with awareness of international trends and diverse consumer aesthetics.
