- Use graphic design tools, especially Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator and InDesign, and work with barcode generation and symbol standards.
- Handle customer service questions and concerns independently and with minimal supervision.
- Review incoming requests quickly, gather missing details, identify needed resources, and provide practical solutions and useful feedback.
- Maintain a strong eye for detail so all output aligns with customer, product, and industry requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements by working with peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships within the team and across Customer Operations in Brady’s divisions.
What You Need to Succeed
- An associate degree in graphic design or a closely related discipline.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, production art, pre-press printing, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.

- Comfort working with incomplete information and spotting process gaps or improvement opportunities.
- Critical thinking skills to assess issues that affect both customer and employee experience.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Confidence working under pressure and making decisions on your own.
- The ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Strong multitasking ability in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent attention to detail in a dynamic and changing workplace.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to lead discussions with larger groups.
