Graphic Designer - Capital Markets

Join a leading firm in the capital markets sector dedicated to creating premier marketing materials that facilitate the sale of institutional and privately held real estate assets. This position focuses on producing attractive offering memorandums, presentations, and digital assets critical to supporting transactions valued in the multi-million dollar range. Collaborate with brokers, analysts, and marketing teams within a dynamic setting where impactful design plays a key role in business success. The role demands managing complex projects from initial concept to completion, while staying abreast of evolving design trends and software innovations to continually enhance presentation quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, create, and refine print and interactive content including proposals, offering memorandums, flyers, maps, aerial images, logos, floor plans, photographs, presentation charts, and bound materials.
• Implement professional graphic design principles and innovate new visual concepts to advance business development efforts.
• Develop designs tailored to preferences of deal teams and clients, ensuring adherence to company branding guidelines.
• Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously, from conception through final delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and timely completion.
• Offer expert design advice to translate verbal and written instructions into compelling graphics.
• Create engaging email marketing blasts and promotional campaigns.
• Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced environment, displaying initiative and proactively addressing needs.
• Continuously update knowledge on design tools, enhancements, and industry trends both in and out of the real estate sphere, applying new ideas to improve business presentations.
• Assist fellow designers as needed, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Skills

• At least 2 to 3 years of professional design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and effectively conveying progress.
• Ability to design in alignment with established branding standards.
• Strong verbal, listening, writing, and creative design capabilities.
• Use diplomacy and tact in interactions with colleagues and clients.
• Excellent skills in time management, planning, and problem resolution.
• Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts is advantageous.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications related to design are beneficial.

Technical & Design Proficiencies

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) on Mac OS, with a particular emphasis on InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience producing location maps, floor plans, and aerial exhibits.
• Solid understanding of fundamental design principles.
• Knowledgeable in bound book manufacture and print specifications.
• Ability to deliver designs consistent with branding while maintaining high-quality standards.

Work Environment

• Energetic, team-oriented workplace located in Downtown Denver, Colorado.
• This is an on-site position.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $65,000 to $80,000.
