Role Overview
The Graphic Designer for BlenderBottle will create visual solutions across a wide range of marketing and cross-functional projects. This role supports both digital and print needs, helping shape campaigns, brand assets, packaging, retail materials, and other creative deliverables while keeping design quality and brand consistency high.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original design solutions for marketing and cross-functional campaigns that support business and brand objectives.
- Own design execution for print, digital, social, retail, and signage materials, including identity work, packaging, advertising, and sales collateral.
- Generate fresh concepts and carry them from idea stage through final production.
- Partner with the Art Director and other department leaders, incorporating feedback efficiently and accurately.
- Build and improve design systems, templates, and brand elements to ensure consistency and speed across assets.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams so work is completed on time and meets quality expectations.
- Keep up with current design tools and industry trends, applying new knowledge to digital and print outputs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute distinct ideas to the Art Director and Creative Director.

Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 to 4 years of graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showing 360 campaigns and both digital and print work; experience with email, ad creative, and photo/video art direction is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Excellent visual judgment with a strong grasp of typography, color, composition, and balance.
- Demonstrated ability to create effective layouts, especially template-based ad designs for platforms such as Meta.
- Ability to move quickly from concept to polished, high-quality design output.
- Strong communication and people skills for working with brand managers, sales, developers, copywriters, and other cross-functional partners.
- Detail-oriented problem solving with a focus on both usability and visual appeal.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting with a strong sense of urgency.
- Open to feedback and collaborative when working with designers, web developers, and copywriters.
