Graphic Designer - AI Image & Video Evaluation Specialist

About the Role

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to undertake a contract position focused on evaluating AI-generated images and videos. This role involves detailed analysis of content produced by various generative AI platforms to ensure quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create images and videos by executing identical prompts across several AI generative systems.
• Perform structured, comparative side-by-side evaluations of AI-produced visual content.
• Observe and record the strengths, weaknesses, visual artifacts, and recurring patterns found in AI model outputs.
• Conduct benchmarking by comparing new AI model releases with previous versions.
• Compose comprehensive visual reviews and deliver technical feedback through written reports.
• Adhere strictly to evaluation protocols to maintain consistency and high standards in deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in visual media fields such as photography, video editing, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in image composition, understanding of color theory, lighting analysis, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Capability to critically analyze generative AI outputs, identifying distinct patterns, anomalies, and artifacts.
• High attention to detail, advanced critical thinking, and strong analytical writing skills.
• Familiarity with collaborative and documentation platforms like Google Sheets, Notion, Figma, or equivalents.

Compensation and Commitment

This contract position offers a compensation range between $30 and $40 per hour. The workload is flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours each week, allowing remote engagement from within the United States.
