About the role

An experienced Graphic Designer is needed to join the internal creative team and help shape the organization’s visual identity and branding. This position supports sales and production efforts by turning brand guidelines into polished creative assets. The selected candidate will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to produce marketing materials, signage, digital assets, and production-ready artwork that strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal applicant brings at least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in sign manufacturing or a closely related field. Experience in both internal creative work and client-facing design projects is important. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, is required. The role also calls for strong attention to detail, clear communication, the ability to juggle multiple assignments, and a portfolio showing work across branding, marketing, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main guardian of brand standards and visual consistency across company materials.
• Create a wide range of collateral, including brochures, catalogs, email campaigns, landing pages, trade show graphics, signage, and other promotional assets.
• Capture product and on-site/in-use photography as needed.
• Produce short-form video content for social media and sales support.
• Apply brand guidelines accurately across several internal business units.
• Prepare production-ready proofs for client-facing projects.
• Track and move projects through design workflow tools while managing several tasks at once.
• Organize final files for production, handoff, and long-term storage.
• Proofread carefully and perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
