Graphic Designer

Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team located in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time position requiring onsite work with no remote option. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, and a college or CEGEP education background. Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide other graphic designers and graphic arts technicians.
• Estimate the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations accurately.
• Modify and adapt existing illustrations as needed.
• Contribute to the development of storyboards for various electronic media, including multimedia, interactive and digital products, as well as television advertisements and productions.
• Create realistic or representational sketches and finalize illustrations.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Manage all stages of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
• Identify the most effective medium to achieve the desired visual effects and communication goals.
• Set guidelines for illustrators and photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
• Prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements to support project requirements.
• Utilize existing photo and illustration libraries alongside typography guidelines.
