Compensation and Benefits

The annual pay range for this role is $71,682.31 to $91,394.94, depending on qualifications. Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will manage the complete grant lifecycle for programs such as Community Development Block Grants, FEMA, HUD, General Land Office (GLO), Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM), and other major funding sources.

You will also monitor budgets and spending, ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, oversee subrecipient performance and documentation, and prepare required reporting. A key part of the role is partnering with city departments to convert grant funding into practical community outcomes while keeping records organized and ready for audit review.

Qualifications and Experience

The city is looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience handling municipal or government grants. You should have a solid background using federal and state grant systems, along with practical knowledge of program management, grant reporting, accounting, and compliance. Success in this role also depends on your ability to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly across teams.
