Role Overview
As a GrandFlex Assistant, you will contribute significantly to creating nurturing and inspiring environments where children can flourish. You will support children’s learning, play, and wellbeing while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families. Your work will be guided by Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards and you will collaborate with Level 3 qualified practitioners to plan and implement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate positive role modeling aligned with Grandir UK’s values every day.
- Support the learning, play, and wellbeing of children throughout their day.
- Create and maintain a warm and engaging environment for children and families.
- Work in partnership with qualified practitioners to plan and deliver educational activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Ensure adherence to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards.
- Contribute to fostering a culture of care, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
