About the role
WEISS Group is seeking a Graphic Designer / Art Director for an internationally successful, innovative company. The position offers varied creative work, fair compensation, and strong opportunities for professional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Shape and maintain the visual identity of the brand across all communication channels, both online and offline.
- Support creative work from the initial concept through to execution for omnichannel campaigns, including print and social media.
- Create visual assets for omnichannel communications.
- Produce graphics for national and international initiatives while consistently following the corporate design guidelines.
- Develop UI concepts for web applications and corporate websites in coordination with internal and external developers.
- Design campaign visuals, further develop new content formats, define visual language, and help deliver video and film projects.
- Bring original, unconventional ideas to life for B2B communication.
- Present concepts to internal stakeholders and points of contact.
Profile and requirements
- A completed degree in graphic design, communication design, or a similar qualification.
- Initial professional experience as an art director, graphic designer, or communication designer in an agency or corporate environment.
- Comfort working on sophisticated B2B communication and an interest in products that require explanation.
- Ability to identify B2C trends and adapt them for use in B2B communication.
- Confident use of common design tools and motion design workflows.
- Experience in a creative role, ideally in an agency setting with a multimedia focus.
- A strong eye for compelling ideas and current digital and social media trends.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual strength, team orientation, and a high standard of quality.
