Program Overview and Responsibilities

The Voyage of Discovery is tailored specifically for motivated Emirati graduates striving to gain profound expertise in the global maritime sector. The objective is to equip participants with essential skills and experience that will position them for relevant career opportunities within the AD Ports Group.

The program adopts a structured development methodology following the 70/20/10 learning model: 70% through practical, on-the-job training; 20% through collaborative experiences and rotational assignments across various departments; and 10% via formal training sessions and educational classes.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be UAE Nationals with a valid family book.
• Possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Not exceed 26 years of age at the time of application.
• Completion of National Service is compulsory for all male candidates.
