Role Overview

We are searching for motivated Graduate to Early Career Environmental Scientists (up to five years’ experience) to join our expanding team. You will contribute to contaminated site assessments, environmental sampling, data analysis, and technical reporting projects, working alongside experienced consultants. This role offers an excellent platform to develop technical expertise and grow a rewarding career in environmental consulting.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and curious with a strong desire to build a career in contaminated land consulting. Key qualities and qualifications include:

• A degree or near completion in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Chemistry, or a related field.
• Genuine interest in contaminated site evaluation, investigation, and remediation.
• Willingness to participate in fieldwork and site investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret environmental data and apply scientific principles practically.
• Strong organisational skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; GIS experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's licence and eligibility to work in Australia.
