What the role involves
As a Graduate Sales Development Representative, your focus will be on generating new opportunities and introducing prospects to the platform. You will partner with Account Executives and senior sales leaders to connect with decision-makers across the UK and US and support the company’s expansion.
The role uses phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach, giving you the chance to build commercial skills and create a solid foundation in technology sales.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate target organisations and the people within them
- Reach out to prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Develop rapport with senior decision-makers
- Spot business pain points and assess whether opportunities are worth pursuing
- Arrange product demonstrations for the sales team
- Work with Account Executives to move opportunities forward
- Take part in training sessions and coaching workshops
- Build knowledge of SaaS, AI, and professional services sectors
