Role overview
GPC, a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Dublin, is looking to add a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to its Sandyford team. The business has more than 25 years of experience supporting clients across Ireland, the UK, and international markets.
The opportunity is aimed at a driven, self-assured individual who performs well in a high-energy, target-oriented setting. It may be especially relevant for someone from a people-facing background such as hospitality, education, sales, or recruitment coordination who wants to build a long-term career in recruitment.
Expected earnings are €40k-€60k+ through a combination of base pay and uncapped commission.
Responsibilities
- Handle the complete 360 recruitment cycle from start to finish.
- Win new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Look after and grow a personal client database.
- Identify, approach, and interview suitable candidates.
- Prepare job specifications for client vacancies.
- Learn from structured training and guidance provided by senior consultants and the Managing Director.
Requirements
- A degree is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office-based or recruitment-related environment.
- Previous work in a people-facing role, including sales, recruitment coordination, hospitality, or education, is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Confidence on the phone and comfort with making cold calls.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, results-focused, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-moving setting.

- Base salary plus uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of €40k-€60k+.
