Graduate Program Overview

The Fliway Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) Graduate Program is an intensive 2-year career advancement initiative that offers graduates immersive, practical exposure across multiple facets of the Transport & Logistics third-party logistics (3PL) industry. The program features rotational assignments through diverse departments, fostering a comprehensive skillset and robust understanding of business operations. Participants will collaborate with seasoned professionals, receive mentorship, and contribute meaningfully to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across various teams to assist in planning and executing transport and logistics activities.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements and increased efficiency.
• Support shipment coordination efforts, ensuring deliveries occur on time and meet quality standards.
• Engage in projects concerning supply chain management, inventory oversight, and freight forwarding.
• Develop knowledge of customs regulations and support compliance for international shipments.
• Interact with clients to comprehend their logistics requirements and provide excellent service.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Reside in Auckland, New Zealand.
• A recent graduate holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and critical thinking skills to solve complex challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with a detail-oriented approach.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the logistics and transport sector with a commitment to learning and development.
• Adaptable to fast-moving and dynamic work environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
