The EH Way
The company describes its culture as The EH Way, shaped by the following principles:
- Mission First: priorities, investment, and focus are guided by the mission.

- Apolitical: the organization stays neutral on political and social topics unless directly tied to its mission.
- Values-led: employees are expected to model the company values consistently.
