Role overview

You will work alongside Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, assess feature performance, build reporting and insights, and contribute to product experimentation and planning.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers to uncover user pain points, spot opportunities, and help rank possible product improvements for the roadmap.
- Assess how product features and initiatives are performing by defining success measures and examining results.
- Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that make product and user-engagement trends visible to business and product teams.
- Work with engineering teams on data and database design choices that improve how product performance is tracked and measured.
- Build prototypes and analytical models to validate ideas and explore opportunities before roadmap commitments are made.
What they are looking for

- Someone who enjoys working with data, thinks analytically, and uses technical tools to solve problems.
- A structured thinker who can turn complex issues into clear frameworks, measurable indicators, and practical recommendations.
- An effective communicator who can explain technical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and accessible way.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, looks for improvements, and works well in fast-paced settings with limited information.
- A candidate focused on impact and motivated to improve product and team outcomes.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
Technical requirements
- Strong working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Hex or AppScript is advantageous.
- Exposure to Python, R, JavaScript, or similar programming languages is a bonus.
