Overview
AlphaSights is looking for an Associate Product Manager to take end-to-end ownership of a product innovation area and move it forward with a high level of independence. The role sits within a fast-moving global technology organization and offers the chance to work on impactful initiatives that can reshape how the business runs.
The product function exists to advance the company’s vision by understanding what users are trying to accomplish, identifying areas of dissatisfaction and opportunity, and translating those insights into technology solutions in partnership with Software Engineering and Product Design.
This position is suited to someone energetic, ambitious, and eager to apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to product innovation in a rapidly growing industry.
What you will do
- Gather user feedback, study it closely, and determine which needs and value drivers should be prioritized within your product area.
- Form and test solution ideas iteratively, bringing in input from different teams as you refine the approach.
- Own the planning and coordination of the software development work needed to deliver product solutions, working closely with Engineering and Design through to launch.
- Build and maintain a clearly ordered roadmap of initiatives for your area of ownership.
- Present ideas, findings, and progress updates to senior leaders, and define, track, and evaluate KPIs to confirm that the product is producing measurable business impact.
Who we’re looking for
- Someone with 0 to 2 years of full-time professional experience.
- A strong problem solver who enjoys working through ambiguity and turning complex information into clear decisions.
- A self-starter who is highly motivated and pushes work forward despite obstacles.
- A person who is genuinely interested in users, listens carefully, and shows strong empathy for their needs.
- Someone with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high standards.
- A high performer with strong academic or internship achievements and clear potential for growth.
- An organized project manager with persuasive written and spoken communication skills.
- A strategic thinker who can develop a long-term, metrics-led roadmap focused on outcomes.
