About the Role
Our client is an innovative SaaS company experiencing significant growth, seeking a motivated Graduate Marketing Assistant to collaborate closely with the Director of Enterprise. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside senior decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, and Board Directors from FTSE 100 and similar caliber firms, gaining invaluable experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director in steering strategic opportunities and nurturing client relationships.
- Participate in meetings with senior executives and governance leaders to capture essential insights, follow-up actions, and next steps.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' challenges, priorities, and their decision-making frameworks.
- Help prepare for critical client meetings through research, briefing documents, and agenda setting.
- Manage and coordinate follow-up activities post client engagements to sustain progress.
- Track actions, stakeholders, timelines, and next steps throughout intricate sales cycles.
- Identify ways to enhance organisational processes and client experience during the sales journey.
- Maintain detailed and current CRM records, documenting activities, contacts, and plans.
- Support preparation of proposals, contracts, order forms, and internal approvals.
- Conduct research into target companies, senior stakeholders, and market trends to aid account strategy.
- Assist with account planning and strategic client engagement preparations.
- Expand knowledge on the company’s market position, products, and unique value propositions.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a client-facing role following graduation.
- Preferably have experience in SaaS, business-to-business, or professional services sectors.
- Skilled at delivering personable, high-quality client service.
- Confident in managing interactions with senior stakeholders and handling confidential information.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Excellent and warm communication skills, adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
- Familiar with CRM software, scheduling applications, and digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrates a natural ability to build relationships with a service-focused, team-oriented attitude.
