Job description
About the Program
AB InBev Africa is seeking recent graduates for its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program, a development path designed to build future leaders and unlock high-potential talent. The company values people who are eager to grow, take on new challenges, and create meaningful long-term impact.
What the Program Offers
- A chance to join a program with more than 30 years of history and a strong legacy shaped by many GMT participants before you.
- Exposure to opportunities across a global business operating in nearly 50 countries, helping trainees build experience that prepares them to perform at a high level.
- A rotational structure aligned to the company’s strategic focus areas: leading and growing the category, digitizing and monetizing the ecosystem, and optimizing the business. Rotations may include front-line Sales, front-line Supply Chain, and one additional assignment based on business need.
- After completing the program, successful trainees should expect a full-time role within the Sales or Supply Chain teams.
What AB InBev Is Looking For
- People who are willing to take responsibility for their work, collaborate actively, solve problems, and act quickly.
- Candidates interested in building a multi-functional career and ready to work hard toward becoming a future leader in a global organization.
- Individuals with ambition, curiosity, and a strong desire to contribute to business growth.
- Applicants who are prepared to adapt to new environments during the first year, including front-line roles in different settings such as field offices and breweries.
Eligibility
- Recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree.
- Must be able to communicate and work in English.
- No formal work experience is required; however, internship exposure is considered an advantage.
- Candidates may have up to two years of full-time experience.
- Applicants must be fully mobile and open to relocation.
Additional Information
This role is part of AB InBev’s talent pipeline for future leadership positions. The program is built around continuous learning, operational exposure, and hands-on experience in fast-moving business environments.
Challenge, growth, discipline, and teamwork are central to the culture described for this opportunity.
