Job description
Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is a privately held global mobility company with operations in 95 countries, a turnover of $39 billion, and a workforce of almost 90,000 people. The business is led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, continuing the Taylor family’s three-generation leadership legacy. This long-term ownership structure allows the company to focus on sustained growth for employees, customers, and the wider business.
Why this graduate programme stands out
This training route is designed to help you unlock your leadership potential and progress toward branch management in one of the retail operations within as little as two years. Many of the organisation’s senior leaders, including the current CEO, began in this same position.
From the outset, you will receive structured support and practical exposure to real business responsibilities across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and related areas.
Growth, recognition, and promotion
The company values strong performance and rewards it through incentives as well as ongoing advancement opportunities. Its internal promotion culture is built to help you develop your career without needing to move to another employer.
Training combines classroom sessions, hands-on learning, and mentoring so you can build on existing strengths and develop new capabilities with guidance at every stage.
Inclusion and workplace culture
The organisation aims to welcome a broad mix of perspectives and experiences. It places importance on diversity of thought and offers an environment where your contribution helps shape the business just as the business helps shape your path.
What you will do
- Provide excellent customer experiences by managing reservations, answering queries, and building positive relationships with a wide variety of customers.
- Support sales and marketing activity by working with local business contacts, expanding your professional network, and nurturing long-term partnerships.
- Develop an understanding of financial management, including cost control and reading profit and loss information.
- Learn the operational side of the business by managing fleet activity, planning effectively, and helping improve performance.
- Build leadership capability through mentoring, training, and developing team members, with scope to manage and progress others as you advance.
Eligibility and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered instead where suitable.
You must hold a full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU. Reasonable adjustments can be made for applicants who are unable to drive because of a disability.
A driving record containing any drug- or alcohol-related offence in the last five years is not acceptable for this role.
Important notes
This position cannot be supported for an employment permit under the current regulations, so it is not eligible for permit sponsorship.
Assessment will focus on performance against the company’s competencies rather than socio-economic background, university, subject area, or degree classification.
Applicants should request any accommodations needed to take part in the recruitment process.
Please submit only one application for the location where you live or intend to work, as applying to multiple locations may delay processing.
This vacancy applies to Shannon Airport.
