Responsibilities

• Deliver a strong customer experience by managing reservations, responding to enquiries, and building positive relationships with a varied customer base.
• Support sales and marketing activity by engaging with local business partners, expanding your network, and nurturing long-term connections.
• Learn the financial side of the business, including cost management and how to read and interpret profit and loss information.
• Develop operational and logistics skills by helping manage the fleet, planning strategically, and contributing to performance improvement.
• Build leadership ability by mentoring, training, and helping develop team members, with scope to lead and promote others as you progress.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be considered instead.
• A full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU is required; reasonable adjustments can be made for candidates who do not drive because of a disability.
• There must be no drug- or alcohol-related driving offence recorded within the previous five years.
• The role cannot support an employment permit application because it is not eligible under the current permit rules.
