Responsibilities
- Assist in creating both conceptual and detailed landscape designs.
- Generate construction-ready drawings, plans, and 3D visual representations using CAD or similar design software.
- Prepare planting plans, schedules for materials, and documentation to support construction teams.
- Modify designs in response to feedback from clients, project managers, and site teams.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure designs can be practically implemented.
- Maintain precise documentation and recording of project drawings.
Requirements
- Graduate qualification in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture.
- Foundational skills in CAD and/or 3D design software.
- Keen interest in both residential landscape design and integration with construction processes.
- Strong attention to detail, good organisation skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, accept direction, and collaborate within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or exposure to construction or landscape site environments.
- Knowledge about plants, construction materials, and building methods.
- Ability to produce professional-level construction drawings.
- Familiarity with software like Revit, SketchUp, or comparable design tools.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a creative and driven individual ready to launch a career in landscape design or architecture. They communicate effectively, take initiative, and are enthusiastic about gaining real-world experience bridging design concepts and construction execution.
Benefits
- Full-time graduate role offering structured mentorship and guidance.
- Exposure to diverse residential and commercial landscaping projects.
- Supportive and professional collaborative team workplace.
- Chance to learn both design and construction processes hands-on.
- Clear opportunities for career progression and long-term growth.
