About This Role
This role focuses on hands-on operational tasks crucial to the platform's core functions, managing daily workflows involving real assets, funds, and on-chain transactions. The position entails detailed, repetitive, and high-impact work, offering end-to-end insight into the operation of an RWA project.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks related to RWA products such as minting, redemption, and reconciliation.
- Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with product, compliance, and custody teams to facilitate smooth operation execution.
- Recognize inefficiencies within current processes and suggest enhancements.
- Conduct basic data monitoring and analysis to support operational decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or allied disciplines.
- Exhibit strong logical reasoning and structured thinking skills.
- Ability to comprehend and adhere to operational workflows guided by SOPs.
- Attention to detail and a committed sense of accountability.
- Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in cryptocurrencies, RWA, and financial markets.
- Internship exposure in fintech, banking, or consulting sectors.
- Basic knowledge of financial product operations.
