Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious graduates to join us as Client Services Associates starting in September or October 2026. This role offers a dynamic commercial career jumpstart with opportunities for rapid advancement into sales, account management, leadership, and research roles, sometimes within just two years.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end by comprehending client needs and coordinating expert consultations.
• Engage directly with industry specialists through cold calls, skillfully securing their participation despite objections.
• Handle multiple client projects at a brisk pace while acquiring deep knowledge of markets and regulatory environments.
• Promote a broad suite of Third Bridge services, including our content library, surveys, advisory services, and one-on-one expert calls.

Benefits and Compensation

• Competitive total first-year compensation expected between £51,000 and £68,000, consisting of a £40,000 base salary plus uncapped performance bonuses accessible after the first month.
