We are recruiting Graduate Healthcare Associates within Client Services to begin in September or October 2026. This role offers a dynamic entry point into a high-energy commercial environment geared towards rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish by understanding client needs and coordinating expert consultations accordingly.
- Conduct cold calls to industry professionals, overcoming objections and securing their participation for client engagements.
- Simultaneously handle multiple clients and projects, maintaining high organizational efficiency under tight deadlines.
- Quickly acquire knowledge about various markets, business structures, and regulatory environments.
- Promote Third Bridge’s broad suite of services including content libraries, surveys, advisory, and one-on-one calls.
Candidate Profile

- Competitive total first-year remuneration ranging from £51,000 to £68,000, inclusive of a base salary of £40,000 and an unlimited performance-based bonus after the first month.
