Role overview
This consultancy is looking for a motivated geology or geoscience graduate to join its Ground Investigation team in Northampton. The role focuses on a mix of geo-environmental and geotechnical projects, with strong support for learning, training, and long-term progression.
What the role involves
You will work alongside ground investigation specialists and contribute to technical site and office-based project work across a wide range of investigations.
- Carry out Phase 1 desktop studies.
- Record soil and rock descriptions through logging activities.
- Monitor groundwater and gas conditions.
- Prepare factual and interpretive reports.
- Support trail pitting and related ground investigation tasks.
