About the Graduate Program
This opportunity is for graduates who are interested in innovation, sustainability, and problem-solving and who want to begin their consulting career in Auckland. The two-year Graduate Program supports early-career development and provides exposure across a variety of engineering environments.
The program is open to graduates with backgrounds in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering, and offers the chance to work across diverse sectors and project types.

Areas of Work
Graduates may be placed in a broad range of disciplines and business areas, including water, facades and sustainability, urban development, building engineering, building services, and road and rail.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside multi-disciplinary teams to help deliver successful project outcomes
- Prepare and update technical records, reports, and drawings
- Support compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations
- Collect and interpret data to inform engineering decisions and project delivery
- Assist senior engineers with planning, design, and implementation activities
Who This Role Is For
This role suits graduates who are ready to start in February 2027 and who hold a recent tertiary qualification in Civil, Structural, Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Electrical Engineering. Candidates should bring strong communication skills, a genuine interest in solving complex problems, and the ability to work full-time in New Zealand under the relevant work rights.
