Graduate Engineer - Expression of Interest

About the Role

We invite motivated individuals who are eager to innovate, grow, and lead to express interest in joining the Australasian Halliburton team as Graduate Engineers. This entry-level position offers a blend of hands-on fieldwork, laboratory responsibilities, and office tasks. The role primarily focuses on acquiring technical expertise to provide operational support and data interpretation at client well sites.

Reporting to Technical Professional Leaders, the role is based Monday to Friday at either the Perth or Brisbane office, with rotational travel to remote locations as part of job duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pre-job planning, execute field operations, and assist with post-job documentation.
• Customize solutions to align with customer specifications and commercial goals.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to effectively communicate solutions.
• Collaborate with operations teams to enhance equipment knowledge.
• Analyze well site data post-operation for technical assessment.

Requirements

• Possession of an undergraduate degree in a STEM discipline.
• Dedication to pursuing a long-term career in the energy sector.
• Willingness and ability to travel to and perform hands-on work at remote sites.
• Adaptability, teamwork orientation, and a flexible approach to work.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational awareness.
