Role Overview

The Data and AI division is searching for a Graduate Data Analyst who possesses strong analytical abilities and a background in computer science, data engineering, or related quantitative disciplines. This role emphasizes not only generating actionable insights but also creating scalable, automated analytics solutions that drive tangible business impact.

As part of the role, you will collaborate with various business units to explore challenges, develop structured data-driven strategies, and leverage modern platforms like Databricks alongside AI and automation methods to build efficient, reusable analytics workflows and products.

You will serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, managing projects from initial requirements gathering through design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business challenges and formulate data-based solutions.
• Design and develop scalable analytics and data solutions using tools such as Databricks.
• Create automated data pipelines, workflows, and reports to minimize manual tasks.
• Employ AI and advanced analytics techniques as appropriate.
• Work jointly with data engineers to build robust, reusable data models.
• Convert complex datasets into clear insights that inform decision-making.
• Proactively identify and implement automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, governance, and best practice adherence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, IT, or similar fields.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and analytical reasoning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Good understanding of data structures and software engineering principles is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with Databricks or other cloud-based data platforms is preferred.
• A keen interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and building scalable data systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tell compelling data stories.
• A proactive learner with curiosity to explore new tools and technologies.
