We are seeking Graduate Construction Project Managers across Ireland to join our Project Management teams starting in 2026. In this role, you will support driving projects from initial concept through construction and operation, acting as a key liaison between clients, design teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will contribute to achieving client objectives by ensuring timely actions and adding value throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Support procurement processes and manage contract administration.
  • Assist Senior and Associate Project Managers in project coordination and execution.
  • Manage project data and documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate project teams and plan key tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Report on project progress, including cost monitoring and scheduling.
  • Participate in site visits and meetings to oversee project development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2:1 classification or equivalent in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
  • Accreditation from SCSI, CIOB, RICS, or CABE is preferred.
  • A Master’s degree in Project or Construction Management and relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Strong decision-making abilities combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, motivated attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
  • Effective organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and seeking assistance when necessary.
