We are seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer, preferably a Saudi national, to join our railway infrastructure team based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This entry-level opportunity is designed for recent civil engineering graduates looking to gain practical experience in the railway sector and contribute to impactful infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and implementation of railway civil engineering projects including track systems, bridges, stations, and drainage infrastructure.
• Assist site engineers in overseeing construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Carry out site inspections and surveys, preparing accurate technical documentation and reports.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, and material specifications to verify compliance and quality.
• Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and signaling engineers to deliver integrated project outcomes.
• Ensure project adherence to Saudi Arabian standards, railway regulations, and international best practices.
• Support risk identification efforts and recommend corrective measures for project challenges.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to management.
• Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities to uphold project standards.
• Engage actively in health, safety, and environmental initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.

Candidate Profile

• Saudi nationality preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of practical internship or training experience in civil engineering.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in English and Arabic communication.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
• Prepared to work on-site and undertake travel to various project locations across Saudi Arabia.
• Possession of a valid driving license to facilitate field assignments and travel between sites and headquarters.
