About the Role
CS Consulting Group is inviting applications for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join their expanding civil engineering team located in Dublin City Centre. This position is ideal for recent graduates or engineers with up to two years of experience aiming to broaden their exposure across various building and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to civil engineering design and prepare technical documentation for planning and design phases.
- Work closely under the guidance of Chartered Engineers, supporting the development of engineering reports such as Engineering Services Reports, Infrastructure Assessments, and Flood Risk Assessments.
- Create technical calculations, reports, and supporting documents for clients and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in addressing planning condition responses and resolving technical inquiries.
- Support the design of drainage systems, watermain and foul water infrastructure.
- Participate in designing roads, Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS), and site infrastructure.
- Utilize AutoCAD to produce drawings and assist with Civil 3D modelling when applicable.
- Engage with architects, planners, environmental consultants, and other design team members.
- Attend design meetings and develop understanding of all project stages.
- Help senior engineers ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet high technical standards.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Level 8 or higher) in Civil Engineering.
- Recent graduate or up to two years' relevant civil engineering experience.
- Strong skills in technical writing and report preparation.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with AutoCAD is preferred.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, InfoDrainage, or similar programs is advantageous but not required.
- A full driving license is preferable but not mandatory.
