Job description
About the company
Stowe Australia is a long-established electrical subcontracting business with a strong reputation for delivering quality, reliability and performance. The privately owned organisation marked 110 years in operation in 2020 and generates more than $500 million in turnover. It has over 1,500 employees working across 12 branches in Australia.
The company is widely seen as a preferred employer in the industry. One reason for this is its track record of attracting and keeping capable people, including many staff members who have remained with the business for more than 15 years. Stowe supports ongoing development through both internal and external training so employees can continue building their expertise.

Other important qualities include analytical thinking, a positive attitude toward learning, clear written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to deadlines, and a high level of integrity and discretion.
