Role Overview

As a Graduate Accountant, you will enhance your technical knowledge and client service capabilities while managing an exciting roster of creative clients. You will receive guidance and support to:

• Carry out bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, BAS preparation, and financial reporting tasks
• Handle client inquiries and build lasting professional relationships
• Advance your expertise in taxation, Xero software, and ATO systems
• Collaborate effectively within White Sky and the wider BlueRock network
• Meet deadlines reliably, prepare precise workpapers, and proactively detect issues

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates with degrees in accounting, commerce, or business, eager to launch a career in accounting. Key qualities include:

• Enthusiasm to learn and openness to constructive feedback
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a client-oriented mindset
• Interest in music, entertainment, or creative industries
• Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, familiarity with Xero, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory
