The team includes paramedics, EMTs, dispatchers, and support staff who are trained and certified to respond to a wide range of emergencies, including cardiac arrest and trauma cases. The company operates a modern ambulance fleet fitted with advanced life support equipment and GPS tracking. In addition, it provides non-emergency transport such as inter-facility transfers, dialysis transport, and coverage for special events.
Role summary
This position is for a GPS Tracking & Reporting Officer based in Kampala, with responsibility for supporting operations across all other branches as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage vehicle GPS tracking activities to support safe and efficient fleet movement.
- Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports related to vehicle tracking and fleet activity.
- Support fleet oversight across the Kampala station and other branches when required.
- Coordinate tracking-related information to help improve dispatch, routing, and vehicle accountability.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Automotive and Motor Vehicle Mechanics or Logistics.
- Additional training or certification in fleet management or GPS tracking systems will be an advantage.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in vehicle tracking, GPS tracking, fleet management, or a comparable role.
