Role Overview
This position is for a Government Sales Manager working in a hybrid setup, with a mix of on-site client interaction and work-from-home flexibility. The role may be full-time or part-time, and the successful candidate will focus on driving public sector business for AOFUQ TM’s cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and digital transformation offerings.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue business opportunities within the government sector.
- Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers and other key public sector stakeholders.
- Lead the entire sales journey, from lead qualification through closing.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, bids, and supporting documentation for government opportunities.
- Coordinate and respond to RFPs, tenders, and related procurement requests.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with government requirements.
- Create account plans and sales forecasts, and maintain an active pipeline using CRM systems.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention across assigned government accounts.
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and public sector regulatory changes to shape sales strategy and planning.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in sales, with a track record of handling complete government sales cycles and delivering against targets.
- Working knowledge of the Etimad platform.
- Background in account management and long-term relationship building in the public sector, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of Saudi government procurement processes, including RFPs and tendering workflows.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with careful attention to documentation and reporting.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks in a part-time hybrid setting, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
