Job description
Role Overview
AWN Business Services is hiring a Government Relations Specialist for its Riyadh office. The role focuses on handling customer government-related requirements in Saudi Arabia, ensuring documents and registrations remain current, and managing compliance-related follow-ups efficiently and proactively.
Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to coordinate and complete government relation activities for clients, monitor the validity of their official records, and keep track of compliance deadlines so that renewals and updates are handled in time.
Government Platforms and Systems
The position requires hands-on familiarity with Saudi government business platforms and related portals, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, Saudi Business Center, ZATCA, Baladi, Chamber of Commerce, MHRSD, and the Ministry of Investment.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent Arabic communication, with native-level command preferred
- Strong client handling and relationship-building ability
- Customer-first approach to service delivery
- Comfort with task planning and progress tracking tools such as Monday and Asana
- Effective problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Ability to prepare clear reports and concise summaries
Qualifications and Experience
A bachelor’s degree is required. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar government relations role.
