Role Summary

We are inviting applications for a Research Professional to join our Knowledge Services team. This role supports consultants and partners across India, Middle East & Africa, concentrating on the Government and Public Institutions (GPI) and Financial Services (FS) sectors. Projects vary across social and economic domains such as economic growth, cost control, taxation, security, public sector efficiency, education, labor, and governance.

Key Duties

• Leverage diverse information sources and exclusive databases to provide rapid responses and comprehensive research support.
• Analyze data to identify key trends and concepts; prepare and present findings using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Utilize multiple research platforms including financial and company databases for aiding consulting teams.
• Manage task priorities independently within industry-specific pipelines while coordinating with international colleagues to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate closely with consultants engaged in client service, business development, and knowledge capital generation through refined research delivery.
• Develop specialized knowledge in GPI and FS sectors and master analytical tools relevant for data examination.
• Foster strong relationships with regional practice teams and contribute actively within the research framework based in Europe and Dubai.
• Create customized graphical representations of research outcomes using Microsoft Office applications.
• Participate in educating and training consulting staff on research methodologies and tool usage.

Experience & Qualifications

• University graduate with 2-3 years research experience, ideally linked to GPI or FS sectors, management consulting, or research firms.
• Familiarity with Middle East economic and business environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
• Basic working knowledge of essential resources such as Eikon, Factiva, or S&P Market Intelligence.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude, meticulous attention to details, and a curious mindset.
• Committed to learning and maintaining high-quality standards to enhance client service; capable of prioritizing competing demands independently.
• Effective communication and research synthesis skills that can draw out critical insights.
• Advanced skills in Excel and robust experience with Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Collaborative and enthusiastic team member with an affinity for working in international and remote teams.
