Google Ads Specialist with Experience Managing $1M+ Annual Ad Spend

About the Role

We seek a seasoned Google Ads Specialist to oversee and enhance extensive Google Ads accounts with yearly advertising budgets exceeding one million dollars. Your role will include formulating campaign strategies, increasing the quality of leads acquired, and fostering measurable growth by leveraging data-driven paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate has a solid history of managing large-scale Google Ads accounts while achieving excellent performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing Google Ads accounts with over $1M annual ad expenditure is strongly preferred.
• At least two years of hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Shopping campaign types.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Enhanced Conversions.
• Strong grasp of keyword research, audience segmentation, bidding tactics, campaign structuring, remarketing, and lead generation techniques.
• Proven capacity to handle large advertising budgets while improving key performance indicators like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Ability to interpret campaign data effectively and offer strategic improvements.
• Excellent skills in analysis, communication, and problem resolution.
• Google Ads Certification is advantageous.
