Job Overview
This role primarily involves developing gold loan business by engaging with prospective customers directly through field visits. The executive is responsible for identifying opportunities, securing new clients, and nurturing lasting relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular field visits to generate new gold loan business.
- Locate and approach potential customers interested in gold loan services.
- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets for gold loans.
Eligibility and Qualifications
