About the Role
Amazon is recruiting for the position of GO-AI Associate to operate in Bangalore, Delhi NCR, and Hyderabad locations. This role is targeted at graduates from any discipline, including non-engineering backgrounds, with up to two years of experience. The position involves supporting Amazon Fulfillment centers by aiding the automation process through human video annotation tasks. This training-to-employment program operates on a pay-after-placement basis, aligning with Amazon's standard salary packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide manual assistance to Amazon Fulfillment centers, enabling hands-free product stowing by annotating visual media.
- Closely review and annotate short videos (around 15 to 20 seconds) that capture product storage at warehouse facilities.
- Use critical human judgment to enhance the quality of annotations that assist in refining automated processes.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving stow quality in fulfillment centers by delivering accurate data annotations.
Candidate Profile & Skills
- Possess graduation in any stream with proficient MS Office skills.
- Have up to 24 months of experience in any field with strong logical reasoning abilities.
- Preferably come from a non-engineering academic background.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with active listening abilities.
- High attention to detail and excellent data accuracy skills.
- A solid understanding of internet usage and fundamental familiarity with daily business applications and tools.
Work Schedule
The role entails a five-day working week with rotational two-consecutive day offs, which may not coincide with weekends and can vary based on business requirements.
Additional Information
