Success in the role requires collaboration, a performance mindset, and confidence working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

- Lead the trading rhythm, promotional planning, and seasonal commercial calendar.
- Turn business data into clear recommendations and senior leadership insights.
Ecommerce leadership
- Lead the global ecommerce team through the Global Head of Ecommerce.
- Improve conversion rate, average order value, website performance, user experience, and digital merchandising standards across all markets.
- Own the CRO agenda and experimentation roadmap globally.
- Make sure traffic acquisition, landing page quality, and conversion outcomes are aligned.
- Support platform direction, marketplace growth, and execution of the global ecommerce operating model.
Performance marketing and retention
- Set and manage global benchmarks for acquisition performance.
- Continuously improve CAC, ROAS, and paid contribution targets across every market.
- Develop and guide a full-funnel growth strategy spanning paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Lead the global strategy to increase lifetime value, repurchase rate, and customer engagement.
- Ensure retention, acquisition, and ecommerce teams work from one shared customer lifecycle strategy.
- Create scalable testing frameworks and performance reporting for all growth disciplines.
Trading, merchandising, and promotional strategy
- Own the global trading calendar covering product launches, promotions, and major commercial events across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Direct promotional strategy so growth is delivered without sacrificing margin.
- Oversee site merchandising so products, collections, and campaigns support conversion and business priorities.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and Marketing leadership on revenue forecasting and commercial planning informed by trading performance and market trends.
Team leadership and cross-functional partnership
- Build and grow a high-performing global growth organisation.
- Coach and manage senior leaders across ecommerce and performance marketing.
- Promote accountability, experimentation, continuous improvement, and commercial urgency.
- Work closely with Brand, Creative, Product, Finance, Technology, and regional teams to achieve growth goals.
- Set clear operating cadences such as weekly trading reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning cycles.
What the company is looking for
- At least 12 years of experience in growth, ecommerce, or performance marketing leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ownership of multi-channel digital revenue results in a DTC or consumer brand setting.
- Strong ecommerce capability, including Shopify, conversion optimisation, merchandising, and marketplace operations.
- Solid understanding of paid media, CRM/retention, and full-funnel customer acquisition strategy.
- Experience building and leading strong teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong commercial thinking with the ability to turn data into action.
- Experience in global or hub-and-spoke structures is preferred.
