Role Overview
A leading FMCG business with a strong presence in the Food segment is pursuing an ambitious expansion plan to grow its product portfolio and extend its international reach. To support this next phase, the company is seeking an accomplished procurement leader to oversee its worldwide procurement function.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to the Global Head of Procurement, you will direct a large team of skilled professionals and own the full procurement agenda from strategy through execution. Your work will support business expansion, improve margins, and strengthen operational performance.
You will work closely with teams across Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial to build scalable procurement frameworks, streamline ways of working, and lead strategic sourcing programs that generate enduring savings and commercial value.
This position also plays a key role in advancing digital transformation, enabling better decision-making through data, and supporting ESG and sustainability initiatives.
Experience Profile
The ideal candidate brings deep procurement leadership experience within the Food, Beverages, or Ingredients space. You should have a strong history of managing global supplier partnerships and leading strategic initiatives that create long-term business value.
Success in this role requires a leader who is commercially minded, strategically sharp, and comfortable operating in a hands-on environment.
