About the role
The Global Payroll Account Executive position offers a distinctive opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who can handle both a fast-moving sales motion and a more strategic sales process in the New Zealand market, while being based in Sydney.
This role will help position Rippling as a leading name across APAC, working closely with sales and cross-functional leaders to shape and execute the company’s sales approach. It is a high-energy environment designed to sharpen selling skills and support rapid career development.
What you'll do
- Own the complete sales process while acting as a subject matter expert on Rippling’s global capabilities.
- Drive outbound prospecting and build a territory plan in partnership with the SDR team to create new opportunities.
- Win new business and consistently meet or exceed sales quota.
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline to support reliable revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of quota-carrying experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven performance at a top-tier level, ideally within the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Background in selling HRIS, HCM, payroll, or global payroll solutions.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
