It also includes creating digital content, monitoring performance data, assisting with new-member onboarding, and maintaining website content.
Responsibilities
- Help coordinate DEC’s global and regional leadership summits, including event communications, promotional collateral, attendee-facing materials, and follow-up activities before, during, and after each event.
- Create polished digital assets such as social media graphics, captions, short-form videos, and blog content.
- Track audience engagement and digital performance results to support ongoing improvements in marketing and communications.
- Assist with onboarding new member institutions by preparing onboarding resources and designing clear digital touchpoints throughout the member journey.
- Keep website content current, accurate, and consistent to support a refined user experience.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- A strong eye for aesthetics and design detail.
- Highly organised, careful, and detail-focused.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong work ethic and dependable execution.
- Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable balancing process discipline with a broader strategic perspective.
Why this role stands out
- Opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that influence the future of education.
- Exposure to a global network of leading universities and education leaders.
- Chance to collaborate with a high-performing team with a strong mission focus.
- Scope to make a real and visible contribution to the education sector.
